Chester Burt Funeral Home has been acquired by The Lychway Funeral Directors Palmerston North. Headed by local boy Glenn Davies.
\nThe business of Chester Burt Funeral Home still operates as an independent, alternative funeral home in Pahiatua, supporting families in the Tararua region as it has done for the last 120 years.
\nThe loss of a loved one is something we all face in our lives. It is a difficult time
\nand the last thing you need is the burden of organising the funeral. That's why
\nat Chester Burt Funeral Home; we offer a service providing all aspects of

Any venue in the Tararua Region of your choice that is available for the service can be used.
\nAs well as The Lychway Chapel in Palmerston North. This is a non-denominational chapel that seats in excess of 230 people in the main chapel. We have a smaller adjoining chapel that can be opened to accommodate seating for the larger service or be used as a boutique smaller service. We offer live video streaming and recording of services ensuring family and friends overseas or those who cannot attend can still be part of the service. We also have a large range of urns and caskets to suit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
