Together we can make it the wedding of choice ~ your choice. The ceremony to suit your budget and needs.

Camelia Country Estate is the ideal venue to have an intimate wedding. The bridal party and some guests could stay overnight in our guest rooms, to make it a family affair.

We have our own host Celebrant, or you can choose your own celebrant from the many CANZ members in the region.

Our host Celebrant is Graeme Procter

“I am a celebrant registered with the NZ Government department of Births, Deaths and Marriages and a member of the Celebrants Association of New Zealand. I am often described as having a very relaxed persona and am very easy to get along with . My whole point is that the day is about you and not me. I have performed traditional weddings and not so traditional weddings.  I will conduct your ceremony your way, its your wedding. The day should reflect what you desire, I will take care of the legal side and you do the rest!”

Congratulations you have decided to get married or renew your wedding vows. Camelia Country Estate is the perfect venue for your intimate wedding ceremony. We can offer from a simple ceremony right through to a full traditional wedding – its what you want is what counts.

Some ideas to consider:

You have made the decision and want or need everything done for you. Try this for an idea.

Day one; On arrival at Camelia Country Estate you will be offered a complimentary glass of wine. I will show you around the grounds and go over your ceremony with you – this involves me finding out about you as a couple.  Dinner is included for you – a home cooked meal.  You relax in your own room with sitting area overlooking the garden.

Day two; A relaxing morning, come down for a continental breakfast when you are ready. Take all the time you need getting ready for your wedding day.  At an agreed time, we will start your ceremony and you become the person you always wanted to be; the husband/wife of your beloved.  We celebrate with an afternoon tea or light lunch, and champagne.  Spend the remainder of the day sitting, strolling, walking with each other and delight in each other’s company.   Dinner is included on the evening.

Day three; Wake up as the new you with your husband/wife by your side and dream of the future.  Come down for a continental breakfast when you are ready.  You have the morning to decide what you will do on your first full day as a married couple.  We wish you well and wave you goodbye.
